Upsert

A DB transaction that updates a record if the record exists, or insert otherwise.

Upsert applied in DigiTax

1. In Post Sales endpoint (KE), when you enter a KRA PIN of a customer who exists and the name is different, the customer record will be updated alongside posting the sale.
